I am a participating provider for many health insurance programs in the metro region. My office will bill your insurance if you bring your insurance card with you. While I am on numerous provider lists for In-Network-Plans, it is best if you check directly with your insurance company to confirm your benefits.

Note that I am listed as Roy Murrell, DC, but am also listed as Arthur Roy Murrell, DC with some companies.

Some of the PPO plans I am enrolled with are: Blue Cross, ODS, Aetna, Pacific Source, Pacific Care, among others. I also provide PI work related to auto accidents. In Oregon and Washington, everyone has Personal Injury protection that will cover 100% of treatment related to the accident, whether it was your fault or not.

For those without coverage for chiropractic care, my cash fees are: $98.00 for the first visit and exam; $63.00 for follow-up treatments. The first treatment is usually about an hour. Follow up treatments are 30 minutes. Every appointment includes full spine evaluation and adjusting, as well as some massage.
